Kerby Germann, Fulton, so. , OH Germann was an IVCA All-State second-team pick who led the Steamers with 346 kills and 281 digs with 39 aces as a freshman. She was also an All-NUIC first-team pick and looks to be one of the top returning hitters in the conference.
